Pickles
We
are proud to launch the first range of Certified Organic pickles.
These pickles are made using fresh fruits & vegetables, cold-pressed
mustard oil & hand ground spices.
We are grateful for the bio-diversity of the regions because of
which most of the ingredients are available locally and that too
as certified organic. The recipes are traditional but the production
is carried out in GMP certified unit. We maintain hygiene without
losing the traditional flavour.
The processing unit, which produces the pickles, is symbol of
the empowerment of the women of this region as it provides direct
employment to the women and harnesses their traditional skills.
Flavours:
Mango, Lime, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli , Chilli Sweet &
Sour, Ginger-Garlic & Garlic-chilli.
The
pickles are mildly spicy and are suitable for the European &
American Palate
